Chill-Rite products are guaranteed against defects in both material and workmanship for a period of one year from date of sale. Defective parts will be replaced free of charge, F.O.B. our factory, when evaluated as defective upon inspection. However, when a new part is sent out to a dealer/installer it will be invoiced to that dealer and a credit will be issued after the part is returned to the factory, inspected, and deemed defective. Installer is required to perform a zero defect installation and warranty his/their labor for 90 days after installation. Chill-Rite is not responsible for damages to parts caused from alteration, unauthorized service, negligence, abuse or damage. Any costs incurred for replacement including freight, labor and/or loss of sales, must be borne by the user. Any alteration of the chiller or mounting of the chiller in an air restricted environment will void all warranties.

Return of Merchandise
Never return any damaged merchandise for credit without our approval. A 25% restocking charge will be required including on all return shipments. Furthermore, freight charges must be prepaid on all return shipments. Minimum restocking charge - $20.00.

Four-Year Compressor Warranty
Chill-Rite will warrant to the original user the sealed components within the sealed housing of the hermetic condensing unit for an additional four years following the regular one year warranty period.

The cost to order this extended warranty for any Chill-Rite chiller is $285.00 per compressor.
